Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Process Payments can be made online via credit or debit card through our secure provider, SumUp.com. To complete your booking, personal details such as your name and address are required. After receiving your booking request, an invoice will be issued. Unless full payment is made upfront, a partial payment will be required to secure your event. Please note that all initial payments are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid no later than seven days before the event. Failure to do so may result in cancellation, and the client will remain liable for the full amount unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon. Late Payments Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, overdue invoices will incur charges: A £40 late fee after 30 days Daily interest will accrue from the day after the due date until full payment is received Torr’s Exotics reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until outstanding amounts and late fees are paid. Persistent non-payment may be referred to a debt collection agency or legal services, with all related costs passed to the client. Cancellations Due to limited availability, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance by calling 07838947900 during business hours. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event (especially if the public has been charged) will still result in a non-refundable charge based on the event’s total cost. All initial payments are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in the loss of all payments. Force Majeure Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, animal illness, pandemics, transportation delays, etc.). If Torr’s Exotics is affected: We will notify you as soon as possible Attempt to reschedule the event If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued excluding non-refundable payments If the client is affected, the same policy applies. If an event is already in progress and must end early due to such circumstances, no refund will be issued. A partial credit may be offered at our discretion.
